Belin Sports & Fitness (BS&F) creators of the B. Challenge Fitness boot camp. We created a exercise challenge for anyone who is ready to stop making excuses and get the results they want! Our group personal training program will deliver high energy, fun, and challenging exercise workouts. Our workouts are designed to burn maximum fat and tone your entire body in only 60 minutes. It is a four-week indoor/outdoor program of exercise instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training.
Our unique brand of fat burning workouts use a combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Rest Training (ART). This combination will get your body to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts. Our personal group training workouts are based on science of heart rate monitoring system. That way you will know how hard you are working and how many calories you burned. Every group training session is led by an experienced and certified personal trainer. The exercise workouts are designed to be fun, high energy and challenging all while burning maximum fat and toning your muscles.
You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by a National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer.
